Our information and referral services and limited financial assistance are designed to ease families’ emotional and financial burdens. We also provide care coordination for eligible children who have Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and their families, management and coordination of Children’s Medicaid Waivers for children birth to 18 years of age and respite certification service and help locating and accessing respite care.
