Our information and referral services and limited financial assistance are designed to ease families’ emotional and financial burdens. Our goal with referrals is to connect families to appropriate and helpful resources in the community and to help parents be the best advocates they can for their children. We also provide care coordination for eligible children who have Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and their families as well as management and coordination of Children’s Medicaid Waivers for children birth to 18 years.
