Families may request funds to help pay for the extraordinary costs of caring for a family member who has a developmental disability. Funds may be used to help pay for respite care, professional services, medical and dental expenses, transportation, assistive technology, home modifications, and parent and sibling support. In order to access the consumer center you will need a personal username and password that must be assigned by Imagine! FSSP. Please contact our Family Support Data Specialist 303-604-5420, for this information.
