Early Intervention

  Education · Training · Support

Family Services helps to provide educational and therapeutic services to help children, ages birth through two, reach their fullest potential and to offer information, education, training and support services to their families.

As part of its early intervention services, Family Services is also the organization that administers Part C in Boulder and Broomfield counties.

Having a baby who has special needs entitles a family to certain supports, services and rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). In this federal law, the section that guarantees supports and services for children under three years of age is called Part C, and is known in Colorado as Early Intervention Colorado for Infants, Toddlers and Families.

The purpose of the council is to provide guidance and advice to the Imagine's! Early Intervention program. We would like to encourage Imagine! families with young children to attend. We meet every other month for two hours at the Coal Creek Building.  If you are interested in attending please email Sarah Baglee or call her at 303-457-5650. See Imagine! Calendar
